Our Beginnings
Since 1991, The Homer Community Food Pantry has been striving to meet the most fundamental needs of the residents of Homer, Kachemak City, Razdolna, Kachemak Selo, Voznesenka, Nanwalek, Port Graham and Seldovia. We also share resources with the Food Pantry of Anchor Point.
How We're Helping
Each week, we assist over 150 local families in meeting their nutritional needs. Every Monday, over 35 volunteers organize and repackage fresh produce, baked goods, canned goods, frozen fish, meat & game. Our team also helps with laundry, showers and housing in partnership with local nonprofits and businesses.
